Moving Office
Companies relocate on average every 7 years. This number is reducing since Covid, with shorter more flexible leases and as companies become leaner, more flexible and increasingly adaptable to change.
An Office Move is a stressful time for any organisation and any business owner. There is plenty to consider & manage – landlords, technology, utilities, informing stakeholders, decoration / refurbishment, furniture and office equipment, relocating kit and equipment and so on. We all know that moving house is stressful. How stressful is moving your business?
There is 'business as usual' to consider. The organisation needs to function as normal for the sake of customers. So 'business as usual' will be compromised if valuable staff need to sort the Office Move.
Xi Comms can help by sorting the telecoms. We will own the process, install new lines including the best available broadband, move existing telephone numbers, deliver, install phones and systems, train users and guide you on how best to terminate old services and of course coordinate all of the above. So that when your team moves into the new premises at least the phones work. We will also liase with your IT provider to cut out any duplication, your electrician to ensure sufficient internal cabling but also make sure nothing falls through any gaps.
Xi Comms has helped many companies through the stress of moving so they can focus on their business and their customers.

“The process of getting a new telephone system for our new showroom in Harrogate was made really easy by Xi Comms. I had too much else happening and just wanted "phones sorting". Xi Comms were friendly, approachable and clearly very knowledge so it was easy just to hand it over to them. The system we have is fabulous and has far surpassed my expectations. It has numerous features that make our lives easier and provides a better experience for our clients, as well as being a cost effective solution. I have no hesitation in recommending Xi Comms and am happy if anyone would like to contact us in person for any further details of our experience.”
